Absences, abstentions and opposing votes are noted. Regular Legislative Session September 5, 2000 1. Approved fee of $1200 to Councillor, Buchanan and Mitchell for additional services regarding red light enforcement procedures. 2. Approved fee of $1300 to Councillor, Buchanan and Mitchell for additional services to review delinquent fine procedures. (CMs Herman and Scott opposed). 3. Approved Greenway Drive (Ward 6) for Project Year 27 under Community Development Block Grant program and designated 47th Avenue (Ward 1) as back-up project. 4. Approved request for 6-foot fence at 4904 Nicholson Street (Ward 3). 5. Approved request for variances at 4802 Riverdale Road for construction of covered front porch (Ward 1). 6. Approved no objection to request for non-conforming use at 4715 Oliver Street (Ward 1).
